Welcome to XpoThrive. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xpothrive.com, including our online courses, certification programs, coaching services, AI fluency assessments, and any related content (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course or certification, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly at xpothrive@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts may be created directly, or via third-party sign-in (such as Google); in the latter case, you also agree to that provider’s own terms of service.
2. Courses, Certifications, and Coaching
XpoThrive offers self-paced courses, premium certification programs (including but not limited to the Certified AI-Driven HR Professional and Certified AI-Driven Leader programs), one-on-one growth coaching, and AI fluency assessments. Access to paid courses and certifications is granted upon successful payment and is personal to the enrolled user; course access, certificates, and credentials may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person. Certifications reflect completion of program requirements and are not a guarantee of employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome.
3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
Course and certification prices are listed on their respective pages and are processed through our payment provider. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT and tax unless stated otherwise. Once a course or certification has been purchased and access has been granted, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated on the relevant course/certification page. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at xpothrive@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account or course access with others; (b) copy, redistribute, or resell course materials, videos, assessments, or certificates without our written permission; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts or harms other users, our systems, or our staff; or (d) attempt to circumvent security, access controls, or payment mechanisms on the site.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, assessment materials, certification designs, coaching materials, and site content are owned by XpoThrive or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own learning; it does not transfer ownership of any materials to you.
6. AI Fluency Assessment
Our AI Fluency Assessment provides an estimated stage and percentile based on your responses and a reference comparison group. Results are intended for self-reflection and guidance only and do not constitute a certified evaluation or guarantee of skill level.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information (including information submitted through registration, the AI Fluency Assessment, and booking a coaching call) is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you also agree to that policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. XpoThrive does not guarantee that course content will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that completing any course, certification, or coaching program will result in any particular career or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XpoThrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
