Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information XpoThrive (“we”, “us”) collects through xpothrive.com, why we collect it, and how it is used. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account registration: When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, nickname/username, and email address. If you sign up using Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Course and certification enrollment: When you enroll in a course or certification, we record your enrollment, progress, and completion status, and process payment through our payment provider (WooCommerce). We do not store your full card details ourselves; these are handled by our payment processor.

AI Fluency Assessment: If you take the AI Fluency Assessment, we collect your quiz responses, track selection, resulting score and stage, and – if you choose to view your results – your email address and WhatsApp number, along with your IP address for basic fraud/abuse prevention.

Booking a coaching call: If you book a discovery call, we collect the contact details and scheduling information you provide (such as name, email, and preferred time slot) to arrange and confirm the session.

Cookies and technical data: Like most websites, we use cookies for core site functionality (such as keeping you logged in) and may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: create and manage your account; give you access to purchased courses and certifications; process payments; provide your AI Fluency Assessment results and relevant follow-up (such as recommended courses); schedule and remind you of booked coaching calls; send account-related emails (such as registration confirmation); and improve our Services.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third parties needed to operate the Services, including: our payment processor (to process course/certification payments), Google (if you use Google sign-in), and our email/hosting providers (to deliver account and transactional emails and host the site). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.

4. Data Retention

We retain account, enrollment, and assessment data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop using it for marketing purposes, by contacting us at xpothrive@gmail.com. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
