Who is this course for?
Leaders, business owners, managers, and HR professionals who make decisions and want to back them with evidence. No technical or analyst background is required.
Do I need a maths or statistics background?
No. Statistics is taught in plain language, built around the questions a decision-maker actually asks. There are no formulas to memorise and no coding.

What language is the training delivered in?
Sessions run in a natural mix of Bangla and English, so the ideas stay clear and relatable while the technical vocabulary stays precise.
What if I miss a live session?
Sessions are live and are not recorded or shared, which keeps the cohort focused and the discussion candid. If most of the group cannot make a session, we reschedule it; if the majority miss it, we run a makeup. And if you personally miss one, you are welcome to attend that same session with the next cohort.
What is the difference between the Completion and Attendance certificate?
Attend the sessions and you receive an Attendance Certificate. Pass the end-of-course assessment and you earn the full Completion Certificate. Both are issued by XpoThrive.
What is your refund or transfer policy?
If you feel the sessions are not adding value, you can request a pro rata refund based on the sessions you have attended. For example, after attending 1 of the 3 sessions you would be eligible for roughly a two-thirds refund. VAT and tax already paid are not refundable. For major issues, you can also request a transfer to a later cohort, subject to approval.
